Our Patent Pending design allows for an easy-to-use CRC solution to be implemented into existing extraction systems; this is now available as a standard integration from many equipment manufacturers.

AFS Filters is a company located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We manufacture a simple, easy to use color remediation solution that allows for the use of CRC media in our prepacked cartridge filters, which are available in many different recipes depending on the application. Our filter cartridge has an integrated 2.5µm paper filter molded and sealed into the cartridge to prevent any media leak through. These filter cartridges come pre-packed with CRC filter media, meaning there is no need to be an expert in CRC filter media or how to properly pack and use the CRC filter media. Utilizing our filter cartridge also eliminates the messy process of having to build/pack filters yourself. Using our disposable filter cartridge also means minimal clean up, simply remove the filter cartridge from the housing when finished. This allows the technician to keep the stainless-steel housing mounted to the machine and only exchange the cartridge, minimizing downtime. AFS has been working on a solution for CRC implementation specifically tailored to the cannabis industry Since 2018. Through trials and testing we were finally able to achieve a simple elegant solution for a cartridge filter which ensured ease of use as well as 100% seal of the filter media. This design can be implemented quite easily into most existing extraction systems. Once our patented delivery method was introduced, AFS paired with multiple extraction artists to create our variations in ready-to-use recipes, readily available for everyone to use in our filter cartridges. These recipes provide proven results from the extraction artists themselves who use them every day. AFS has developed the delivery method, and we have been continually working with industry experts to create new and efficient filter cartridge blends to tackle a wide array of filtration challenges such as general flow rate and pesticides removal.
