The color remediation cartridge is a patented cartridge style filter designed by Absolute Filtration Systems (AFS) specifically made for use with any modern cannabis extraction machine. This simple filter allows your technicians, your equipment, and your facility to remain clean and free from the harmful respirable dust produced by handling today’s common CRC filtration medias such as silicates, aluminas, and different clays. These patented filter cartridges are packed in our state-of-the-art packing facility where they are hand inspected and sterilized before and after being packed full of filtration media and sealed up for use. Our filter cartridges fully encapsulate the filtration media they contain, this ensures consistent results time and time again while keeping your workspace clean! Our filter cartridges are composed of PTFE housing and a 2.5um filter paper hermetically sealed in the base of the cartridge. This same filter paper is also sealed into a top insert that is pressed into the top of the cartridge after packing, sealing the filtration media inside to provide a clean and dust free cartridge filter. AFS offers these filter cartridges three different sizes: 2.5”, 4”, and 6”. These filter cartridges can come in one of 10+ different in-house blends catering to every filtration need from varying levels of color remediation to pesticide and heavy metal remediation. Utilizing recipes, we can offer you the exact same filter time and time again providing you with consistency you can count on! By housing recipes in our cartridge filter this makes the process of loading and unloading the CRC in any machine a breeze, simply remove the cartridge and replace!
