Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How To Start A Return

  1. Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions: sales@afsfilter.com or 251-237-3458 (251-AFS-FILT).
  2. Pack the item securely and include your RMA number.
  3. Ship it to the address we give you with your RMA.

Shipping Costs

  • You pay the cost of shipping your return to us.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Use a trackable carrier and consider insuring your return. We can't refund an item that's lost or damaged on its way back to us.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, since it can take some time for a refund to post. Still nothing? Email us at sales@afsfilter.com.
